The alcohol and drug consumption prevention policy is defined, established and distributed in order to promote, prevent and encourage the well-being of our workers and clients.
Taking into account that this generates negative impacts on society, the work environment and people, influencing the well-being and health of all. With the aim of improving work performance and promoting healthy habits and lifestyles, the following criteria are established:
• It is forbidden to report to the performance of their activities, functions and/or tasks under the influence of psychoactive substances including alcoholic beverages, drugs or others that affect the proper functioning of work performance.
• The consumption of psychoactive substances including alcoholic beverages, drugs or others during the development of their activities, functions and/or tasks is prohibited.
• Awareness and training activities are promoted for our workers and customers in order to create healthy habits and lifestyles.
